Stittsville is centrally located just west of Ottawa and southwest of Kanata. The area is surrounded by beautiful forests and farmland. It is also about 10 minutes from Richmond and 20 minutes from Carleton Place. There is also easy access to both Highway 417 and Highway 7. This makes commuting and travelling very easy. Two new public schools are also being added to the mix in Stittsville. There are many new development plans for the community. This includes a new 4-storey building on the rise as well as a tall 18-storey skyscraper residential building being proposed as well.
